1. Introduction

Welcome to CT444 (referred to as "the Platform", "ct444", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ct444 website, services and related platforms. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms without reservation.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use this Platform. Continued use of ct444 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: A registered user profile on the CT444 Platform through which deposits, wagers and withdrawals are conducted.
• User: Any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the CT444 Platform.
• Operator: The legal entity that owns, operates and manages the CT444 Platform.
• Bonus: Any promotional offer, free bet, cashback or other incentive provided by the Operator, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Wager: Any bet, stake or play made by the User on sports betting markets, casino games or other gaming products offered on the Platform.
• Wagering Requirement: A multiplier specifying the number of times a bonus amount or associated deposit must be staked before withdrawal is permitted.
• KYC: "Know Your Customer" verification procedures requiring the User to provide identity documents, proof of address and other information to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.
• PKR: Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances may be displayed for Users in Pakistan.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on CT444, the User must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The User must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed or the jurisdiction in which the User resides, whichever is higher.
• The User must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. The Operator makes no representation that accessing or using CT444 is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• The User must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited or where the Operator does not accept registrations.
• The User must register under their own legal name and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
• The User must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• The User must not have previously been excluded, suspended or self-excluded from the Platform or any related brand.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Account registration requires the User to provide personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, mobile phone number and preferred currency (e.g., PKR). The User warrants that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User may maintain only one (1) account on CT444. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and cancellation of bets.

4.3 KYC Verification

The Operator is required to conduct KYC verification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gambling obligations. Users may be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, driver's licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot or photograph of debit/credit card with middle digits obscured, bank account statement).
• Additional documents as reasonably required by the Operator or its payment service providers.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals. The Operator reserves the right to request further verification at any time.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

CT444 references common payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers, and bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Actual availability of payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and applicable fees depend on the Operator's current payment service provider configuration and the policies of each payment provider.

Users acknowledge that payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. Neither Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah nor any other referenced payment provider endorses CT444 or has any affiliation with the Operator unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to return any deposit that appears to originate from a third party and to request proof of ownership of the payment method.

5.3 Fees

The Operator does not charge fees for deposits. However, Users acknowledge that their payment service provider (bank, wallet service, etc.) may impose its own transaction fees, currency conversion charges or processing fees.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

Users may request a withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the Operator's standard processing times, which vary by payment method.

6.2 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, up to the total amount deposited via that method. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative verified payment method approved by the Operator.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amounts

The Operator may impose minimum withdrawal thresholds. Users will be notified of applicable minimum amounts during the withdrawal process. Requests below the minimum threshold may be declined.

6.4 Pending Wagering Requirements

If the User has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the withdrawal request may be declined, or the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited, depending on the specific bonus terms.

6.5 Verification Delays

Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of additional verification checks, including but not limited to identity verification, source-of-funds checks and payment method verification. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to complete verification promptly.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

The Operator may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions ("Bonuses") from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. Users must read and agree to those specific terms before accepting any Bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the User must stake the Bonus amount (and, in some cases, the associated deposit) before withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the User to place a cumulative PKR 100,000 in qualifying wagers.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table Games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10%–20% contribution
• Live Dealer Games: Variable contribution, as specified in the Bonus terms
• Sports Betting: Contribution depends on odds and Bonus type; see specific Bonus terms

Users should consult the specific Bonus terms to confirm contribution rates for each game category.

7.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus Active

While a Bonus is active (i.e., wagering requirements are incomplete), the User may be subject to a maximum bet limit per round or spin (e.g., PKR 500 per spin). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Users may have only one (1) active Bonus at any time. Accepting a new Bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing Bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier Bonus.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus (and associated winnings) if there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, collusion with other Users, use of automated or systematic betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity that the Operator reasonably considers to be abusive or fraudulent.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on CT444 are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason. A bet is considered accepted only when it appears in the User's betting history with a confirmed status.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of an abandoned, postponed or cancelled event, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

8.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The User is bound by the odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted, as shown in the bet slip confirmation.

8.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected events. Due to the fast-moving nature of live events, there may be a short delay between the User placing a bet and the bet being accepted. During this delay, odds may change or markets may be suspended. If the odds change significantly before acceptance, the Operator reserves the right to reject the bet.

8.5 Maximum Payouts

The Operator may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per market or per day. These limits will be stated in the specific sport or market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum amount.

8.6 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error or obvious mistake (e.g., incorrect odds displayed, wrong match participants), the Operator reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. The determination of what constitutes an obvious mistake is at the sole discretion of the Operator.

9. Casino Games

9.1 Game Integrity

All casino games (slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, etc.) offered on CT444 are provided by third-party game suppliers. These games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Operator does not manipulate or alter game results.

9.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout rate. RTP figures are provided by the game supplier and are accessible via the game's information or help screen. RTP is a statistical average calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session results.

9.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. The Operator will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, refund affected stakes.

9.4 Disconnection During Play

If the User experiences a disconnection during casino gameplay (e.g., internet connection loss), any in-progress game round will generally be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The User may review the outcome in their game history once reconnected.

10. Responsible Gambling

10.1 Commitment to Responsible Gambling

CT444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or recovering losses.

10.2 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend the account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, etc.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude the account from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the User will not be able to log in, deposit funds or place wagers. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to prevent the User from creating new accounts during the exclusion period. 11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the User following successful verification, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

11.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension or Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account without prior notice if:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, misleading or incomplete information.
• The User is engaged in fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited activities.
• The User is underage or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• The Operator reasonably suspects money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of suspension or closure for breach of Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, void outstanding bets and reclaim any Bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited activities.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit Bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes or share information in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or syndicate play designed to exploit odds differences or guarantee profits.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to access the source code of the Platform or any game software.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its servers.
• Abusing customer support staff or other Users through harassment, threats or offensive language.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Users found to be engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts immediately suspended or closed, with forfeiture of funds and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the CT444 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video and data compilations, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption of service or unavailability of the Platform.
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content or game results (except in cases of proven operator fault).
• Unauthorized access to User accounts due to User negligence (e.g., sharing passwords, failing to secure login credentials).

The Operator's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email, Platform notification or a prominent notice on the homepage. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the modified Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed or registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact CT444 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, Users may escalate the matter through any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism recognized by the Operator's licensing authority.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Users agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action or representative proceeding.
